Building Bridges to Equity

Each year, RTI International honors International Women’s Day by highlighting interesting stories about women around the world. We are excited to welcome social entrepreneur Jessica Shortall as our keynote speaker to discuss this year’s theme: #EmbraceEquity.

A former Peace Corps Volunteer and first Director of Giving at TOMS Shoes, Jessica will speak about her personal experiences working internationally throughout her career to build bridges to equity for all. Following Jessica’s keynote speech, a panel of RTI leaders will discuss their experiences embracing equity at work and in their communities.

This event is being hosted by the RTI Women’s Advancement, Leadership, and Success of North America Employee Resource Group; the RTI Global Gender Center; and our International Development Group.
